What this site is. An information and matching service. It connects homeowners with independent pest control providers. It does not perform pest control work and does not hold a pest control licence.

Not professional advice. Everything here is general information about common household pests. It is not an inspection and not a diagnosis. What a particular property needs is established by a licensed professional who looks at it.

Independent providers. Providers reached through this site are independent businesses. They set their own prices, their own schedules and their own scope of work. This site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed, and it is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that a hired contractor holds the licence and insurance required for that work.

Availability. Coverage and response times depend on which providers are participating in a given area on a given day. Nothing here is a promise that a visit can be arranged within any particular period.

No prices. Prices are not published on this site. Any figure you are quoted comes from the provider, after they have seen the problem.

Accuracy. Information is checked when written and carries the date it was last reviewed. Pests, products and regulations change, and no page here substitutes for a current professional opinion.

Limitation. This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law it is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information here, or from work performed by an independent provider.
